★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sheer 1 star the place gets is for the location and ambience. The food quality is worse than street food. There is no thought put into food garnishing or presentation. Coffee was served in plastic tumblers. And the plates were chipped in at least two places. The fish fry was smelling funny and the apple tart literally broke apart in our hands. The cappuccino was lukewarm and the "cold coffee" was barely cool. Service was quite prompt but that was simply because everything was already pre-made and served cold. One thing that they have inherited from the
original coffee house is the rudeness of the waiters. Overall experience was quite bitter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well decorated dining place with very delicious food and great service. The coffee is perfectly balanced. Items are pocket friendly. This one did a honour to its original namesake and has first floor sitting arrangement than has a view to the ground floor. There is a small unit of the New Town Library here with some books and a corner. The experience was good and would really recommend. The only problem might be transport as it does not fall directly under any public transport route.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiance was very good, neat and clean. Perfect place for spending time with friends and families. Place is designed like British monument, so the place itself becomes photogenic. But, two stars less because of the coffee. It tastes so bad. You can expect 10 rs coffee outside is far better than this. Of name is coffee house, the leave everything aside, atleast coffee should be good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give it a 5 out of 5 for ambience (especially with lights on). It's a nice place to hangout with friends and family & feels like a modified and better version of the vintage Coffee House located in College Street. Food quality is disappointing and not upto the mark though, so, I would give it a 3.5 out of 5 & hence the overall rating comes around 4 out of 5. Price is also very reasonable and is a must visit if you're looking for having a great time with your loved ones on weekends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ambience to have coffee and snacks. Prices are little high for some items and taste decent. French fries are not being served recently. Sitting areas are on the ground floor only but you can go upto the first floor to take pictures. Better to visit during weekdays as weekends can be crowded. Parking spaces are available on the opposite side of the road. Five star for ambience, 3 star for food quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a copied version of the original coffee house in College Street. The place is huge. The ambience is amazing. However, the place is always overly crowded. The food is definitely not upto the mark. Even the coffees are not good. The place doesn't allow you to halt for a long time, which kills the purpose of a coffee house. You can give a visit for one time sake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good experience. Ambience was beautiful. Seen many negative reviews hence was apprehensive about it but my experience was smooth and food was also good. We were not asked to vacate our tables quickly as there was a waiting we could even reorder things. Tried their baked fish which was loaded with cheese n delicious. Also the sandwiches were good. It surely does not have the heritage vibe of old coffee house but for people like me who don't like to be the passive smokers this was a better experience without all the cigarette smoke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for a budget snacking and hangout. Bit crowded most of the time. Difficult to reach due to its location. Food is quite good and satisfying considering the price. Cleanliness is very good, washrooms are clean. Ample space available outside to sit. Interiors are beautiful with paintings and photos. A small library is also available.
