★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place they have got. And ENT doc is also very precise and effective. I would recommend . He showed me how much wax has accumulated in my ears. After that proceeded to clean up both my ears, followed it up by showing my cleaned up ears. Excellent equipment and very very professional doctor.
Dr. Alok Banka is kind, excellent is diagnosis, hears you out very well and makes you feel relieved regardless of how severe the ENT issue maybe.
Strongly recommended for any ENT treatment as one of the best I have experienced in Bangalore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Alok Banka. He is extremely professional, friendly and honest.He suggested surgery for my deviated septum & FESS and as promised there was a huge improvement in the quality of my breathing.
Thanks to him and his support staff, the overall experience with the surgery is a very good one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Alok Banka is a very experienced doctor. His treatment is already helping me very much though it’s just been a few days since I started it. He also diagnosed an unrelated problem related to general well being, which has again helped me to take necessary medicine for it and work towards resolving the health issue. Would highly recommend him - very few doctors like him in the city.

The doctor has tremendous patience and concern for the pains of the patients. He speaks clearly, explains the scenario, possible causes and the mode of action of the medicines he prescribes. Wonderful approach that a patient expects. Our hearty gratitude and best wishes to this doctor all time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there because I was worried that I have tinnitus which can’t be cured. But Dr. Alok Banka was so great. He fixed my ear problem. And he does a great job making you feel relaxed while he fixes the ear..he coached me so well and my ear problem was fixed very easily in a pain free manner. The cleanliness was great too. And even his assistants/nurses greet you with smiling welcoming faces which generally never happens at clinics. I would definitely recommend COGENT CARE ENT CENTRE to take care of your ears!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My personal experience at Dr.Alok clinic was a blessing in disguise which helped me to bring back my voice back to normal.
I suffered from left vocal cord paralysis leading to almost total loss of voice. Approached other doctor in my local area but was of no help as only multivitamins were given. Next day itself I got to know about Cogent Care clinic by Practo and decided to get second opinion. He diagnosed me properly and immediately started the must treatment. Doctor is very calm and humble which makes one feel in safe hands. His fees too is reasonable as compared to other ENT doctors. Lastly I am happy to have got my voice back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great doctor, he is just mind blowing i have never found doctor like that in my life till now, he gives time to explain all the concerns and he listens properly and then he explain what the exact problem within ur ear or in nose or in throat.
He is very decent, answers all the queries. Audiologist was very helpful and soft-spoken. This review can help those who have no one one to go for ENT problems. I recommend him. He is the best Doctor in Bangalore ??
However front office staff needs to show empathy and behave softly.
