★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless HDFC branch I have ever seen Even a fish market is well organized compared to this branch. It took 3 hours for my loan disbursement Receptionist distributes tokens and no one follows token system. She don't even knows how to attend customers. Manager sits in one corner and does not bather what is happening with in the branch. HDFC - First teach the people in this branch , how to be organized them self and attend the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opened my personal and company account here. Biggest mistake I've ever made when it comes to banks. Initially, the bank employees circle around you like vultures, convincing you to open an account with them. As soon as it's done, you're on your own. Problem after problem, the assigned bank people avoid you as much as they can until you have to go to the bank to give them a ear full. Pathetic service, nobody should go through this. You will end up losing money rather than making any money with this bank.

Every time customer has to fallow up.
For my loan approval taken 1 and half month.... Strange!?This how HDFC working?

Already a customer with HDFC housing loan .
Extremely ill mannered lady who doesn’t know how to speak to customers .
She is rude , and lock etiquette to talk to customers.
I decided to write , because hopefully the manager or incharge take a note of this to train these ladies in behaviour and etiquette’s which they lack .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why such negative reviews…we had a loan disbursement appointment and they made sure we started bang on time and finished the complete process within 30 min. Rarely do you see this kind of efficiency and professionalism these days…try doing the same in sbi branch and you will understand what I mean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service. There are more than 4-5 counters and many HDFC executives, however 3-4 HDFC executives attend a single customer. I have not seen such disorganised office . If you need to get any work done, they will make you wait for 30-40 mins.
