★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst worst worst lab ever. I would give 0 stars. They never ever give reports on time, poor service and even worse staff. Staff is way too rough and no response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever laboratory. First they took my RT-PCR and blood sample at their Panchavati branch on 15 Apr. Next day, they gave me only RT-PCR report and denied blood report stating that I didn't give the blood sample. When I repeatedly mailed them regarding the evidences of blood sample, I got a call on 19 Apr from ramdevnagar branch for blood sample collection at home. However, still I have not received my report. This is the ICMR recommended pathology lab, but it doesn't deserve to be now. Let's all call for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pathology lab. I had given my RT PCR sample on 1st April, at around 7:20 am. The person who had come to collect the sample told me that my reports would be ready in 12-24 hours. On following up with the lab after 24 hours, they said the person who had communicated time must not be aware, report would take atleast 36 - 48 hours.
Further, on receipt of report I noted that they had not submitted sample for testing till 8:30 pm, 1st April. They wasted entire working day in delivering and not processing my sample.
After that, while I was following up for my reports, they emailed the report to wrong address for 3 consecutive times, even though I had given or was giving correct address since the time of collection of sample till following up for the reports.
This inordinate delay from the lab, made my condition vulnerable and as a result I had to start my treatment with heavy doses. They should be penalized for playing with lives of general citizens. On can expect fast service in private labs, but this is way slower than some government labs.
Please go to this lab only if you don't want good service or you want your reports late.
