★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been their customer for more than 7 years. Few years back we shifted to other area where I used to call from south bopal branch instead of bodakdev branch. Now there is so high communication gap between its branches that as per south bopal branch we are not members (they call bodakdev branch to confirm our membership) so everytime I need to visit bodakdev branch to get membership benefit. Additionally everytime I ask them to share the account status of my account but till date they have not shared the account statement or receipt. I highly recommend to not go for their membership program.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply pathetic laboratory, they don’t give reports on committed time. To get business they don’t no and commit false time which is never going to happen.If it is RTPCR they are more pathetic and unprofessional they will buy more time after their committed time saying testing was not proper and retesting is going on so it will take more 2,3 hours. This happened with me on 23,24 and 27 March. This happened with me 3 times so I realised that this is the gimmick they play with all patients . They laughter at me when I complained that this is the same excuse they give every time. Please never go to such unprofessional laboratories.

They most of the time don't do reports.
2times I had experience where you can see patient is not at all in good condition but report will be normal, even doctor was surprised seeing this report, so they advised us to get report from some other lab.
And the difference was just like anything like space to sea.
While contacted lab they said it might be some issue over there in other lab.
After we called many media houses but no one appeared after hearing name of this lab. We then knew the reason.
Then satisfied ourselves lately as we are living in India.

Yep I was told that too as 'we'll check once again and result will be communicated to you'
Later no reply was received rather this people stopped receiving Calls too. So no benefit of doing calls, please don't show elephants teeth by replying number over here.
And even I asked them to refund my membership rupees too as it was renewed during that last report only, but they just clearly denied.
I would have done something legal case only as I had recordings too but time didn't permit me and so such lab exists for everyone...
But tllater I thought atleast I can write review over here and help people who atleast see this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best lab service I have experienced in Ahmedabad. I have got tests done at many labs but my experience with VIP Lab has been excellent. The staff is very cooperative, and they respond quickly even at odd hours and in this corona times, I had to call them frequently for my families tests. Every time they had given reports on time and my doctor was even very happy with the reports and could take timely decision for the treatment. I would recommend VIP Lab for your blood tests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently there were corona cases in my friend's family and I suggested them VIP Lab for tests as I had done tests there previously. The staff for very supportive, they took the samples in half an hour and gave all the reports in an hour. Some of the reports were critical and my friend's father was admitted and got timely treatment. I am really thankful for this cooperation and speedy reports by VIP Lab. Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the center for blood and urin check.
It is 24 /7 facility including Sunday.
Process is very simple and systematic.
Staff is good and helpful.
When I visited and wants to pay by card but swape machine was not working, I have to pay cash.
Location is good.
Toilet need to clean further.
