★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY.. Most PATHETIC pathology and staff..Not sure about doctor but he must be the same.. Not giving result of RTPCR..Its almost 60 hours from sample taken and still we are in waiting..Not even answering calls.. They might lost the sample or something else dont know..But Still I am waiting for my reports.. Patient's condition is soo critical.. Answering a call after so many efforts and hang up the call inbetween. I gave my details but they can not find the same in their system.
Soooo PATHETIC. Being in a medical industry how they can be sooo senseless people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not happy the their response I called them on Friday night they confirmed to send someone at my house to collect samples next morning Saturday went, Sunday Went and Monday went by no one came I kept following up. While I was at the lab I saw people complaining for not getting test on time I also experienced the same first hand and the best thing they don't respond back.
I would suggest all to go to vip labs that is near premchand nagar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Delay in testing and kept us on wait outside the lab. No proper sitting arrangements. Lousy people and no attention on patients. They’re busy in their on gossip. Called like 20 times for the report but not responded. Also not sending test results in time. Poor service. Not recommending to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing laboratory with great and experienced staff and the doctor who sits in the laboratory is also very helpful and considerate. In this covid time when almost many labs haven't been doing covid tests, this place has been doing covid tests in their place and sending their executives at home to get the sample collected for covid and other tests.
Highly recommendable.
