★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad hotel I have never seen such a resort anywhere. The customer service is very bad and talks with the rudeness of the staff. There is no room of the resort like the photo shown on Google. First they talk about using the swimming pool and then after going inside they refuse. Nor is there any cleanliness inside the resort. Better to go to this resort than to go to Dharamshala, will that too be good?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ u professional people , Pathetic staff behaviour. Mr. Trilok isn't professional at all. AC was not working. Water always ran out of washrooms. Staff is very lazy and irresponsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. We booked a room but just after check in electricity went out and after few minutes we complained about this problem then they told our generator is not working. Like seriously?
After waiting for 1hrs or more we checked out. And also the rooms were so dirty even the blankets and mattress were so dirty. And can't even explain about the washroom.
Best advice for everyone don't visit this place.
