★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charged 1500 just for general service of a printer worth 4000. Not a single spare part has been replaced. They quoted 650 in the beginning as service charge which is already way higher than market price. And they made it 1400 by the time the service was over and when we went to receive it, they made it 1500. They have zero intentions of customer retention. They just charge however much they can as if every Customer is their last one. I opted this place since this is the only place I can find in vizag with good ratings in Google but it turned out to be a bad decision.
