Not all items mentioned in the menu are available. Self service. You need to First pay for the food and then order the items. Order delivery time is descent.

Pros:
• just on time food delivery
I want franchise owners to understand one thing that they are going to collapse with this business very soon because of poorest quality at your most of the outlets.
Whether it is Mathura, Agra or Gwalior each and every comesum is just earning revenue without quality.
I ordered dosa and can't explain you how it tasted.

Food was complete cold and when i asked to staff for warm roti the staff and manger was not dont have any interest on customer complain amd feedback
They told we have only this and you will get this only
Manager appointed is to rude, he dont know how to talk to customer.

If you are ordering a tea then get ready for paying price of only water. No milk no sugar.
If you are ordering a petiz then get ready for eating only maida.

Tou can get here...chinese, south indian, and thali and ice cream also.
Its have a dinning place also where you can have some time spend on foods.
Also food quality is better than other and taste is also good.
Also have washroom facility...
Its located on Platform no.1 food price is like normal restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food quality is very very bad just take away Samosa it was so terrible, stale, pathetic food could eat more than a bite, They need to change the chef at the earliest also need to change service staff if they don't know the quality of food why ready to sell.
Tried to call customer service due to some technical issue over the phone not able to explain my concern.
Very disappointed with this current take away order, apart from this I have visited Hazrat Nizamuddin station comesun outlet very good experience but over Mathura junction experience very disappointed me.
