Comfort Homes PG , HOSTEL, PAYING GUEST (LADIES & GENTS ) & REAL ESTATE - Navi Mumbai

From the way the owner is responding to ex-tenants, it is surely not something one should go for. Is this the 18th century that you won't allow MALE friends? Do you have any idea that it's constitutionally illegal to impose any such restrictions unless you have concrete evidence of any immoral activity happening inside? Even if we put aside all this, haven't you also conveniently forgotten to comment on the lady's statements about the prolonged lack of basic amenities like the bed? FYI.. I don't know either of you.. I was looking for accommodation for my Niece.. But seeing the arrogance.. Decided otherwise..

Stayed for 6 years. Great people for long term stay. Helpful and very secure. We came in a batch of 120 people from chennai.. All of us stayed here till our transfers. Truly a home away from home

Very bad they take only money, simaran lady is very dangereous. They combine two flats electric bill and asked to pay for only for one flat member each. Behaviour is very bad anytime they asked for leave fakt at midnight also don't go

"Muh me raam bagal me Chhuri", These stupid follow the same I hv worst n most comfortless experience with Comfort Homes.Just like others explained their experiences.I hv similar bad experience with comfort homes.now meet Shivam ,this ganvwala ll talk to u with honey in his mouth while dealing with u N u ll see his real face after the payment. After the payment he dint give me clean flat on promised date.On the day of shifting I tired calling him, he was not picking up the call N if he picked up he ws keep on telling.he Is just coming in 5 mins.I Called him many times.He said same thing coming in 5 mins .N believe me his each 5 mins ll make to u to wait for at least an hour.Still there is not certainty about the matter ll be solved .at Last u ll b irritated dats what he wants N finally u ll make compromise n u ll adjust urself with ur problem ..I did wait for around 6-7 hours that day N I did not get the ready flat.So finally he gave me flat( without clean) on late of second day but please Note down this shameless bagger charged the rent from 1 day itself.Since very first day I was facing problem with different reasons some of them like Water supply, Short circuit issues n loose connectn in power supply etc,any how at time I tried to adjust dealing with all these because it was my bad decision to go with these stupid .Finally I decided to give the notice to vacant d flat.Just after a month for this also I hv been irritated..there was same long waitwala story in his office to meet him N many thing happened on the day.So far I hv been dealing with chela Shivam.Now real fraud owner Ashutosh comes in to picture..he has prescripted role ..in this play..he ll talk to u very roughly.Its Usual for them they don't get respect N they don't give too You can easily guess what his limits as he is GURU of shivam. I faced many prblm just like other faced regarding receipts, promises,only cash payments N all.I faced the real problem after a month when Electricity service people removed the electricity meter because Shivam dint pay the previous electricity bills..N look the drama when I called regarding it ..it was same story N same result ..No Solution (called many times ..same reply coming in 5 mins) I spent whole night without electricity in flat waiting for idiot Shivam to come but he dint as expected..Its next day N now see the immaturity of this stupid he started talking nonsense..saying that I should pay the previous bills of last tenant. This is the height of shamelessness.I vacated the flat next day itself before one month of the notice date .Now the big problem came with getting back your deposit money first of all he wont talk about returning money he ll simply say talk to Ashutosh . Ashutosh is Shivam's Guru.,he was also not picking up the call N most of the time call ll be forwarded to chela shivam.I hv been called many times in office N I went many times .here also same story its their plan to irritate the customer with unanswered calls N long wait in office,Finally he ll tell u come next day..believe me guys I was knowing all this ll happen.still I was going because it was my money. but at last same like other I too dint get my deposit money back .ended this drama with Big lose, because it was just wasting of time N mood N I had no more time.But just for u flat seeker I am writing my experience ..just to not let U be in their trap .If u don't believe me u can ask about shivam N this fraud business to their customers, your being neighbors, Security guard N shopkeepers near to the society. He ll say he has 250 flats in Navi Mumbai but guys as U can guess reading all these reviews they don't hv the respect not even of Rs 250."Baggers get more respect then these pickpockets" So, for your happy N comfort life, just keep away from Comfort Homes..Otherwise U ll write your bad experience like all of us N Comfort Homes doesn't deserve any star.Lets c how long they run their fraud business.

Sorry but can't give 0 ? Worst broker. Uses harsh language after your notice period done for returning deposit back. Taking long time to return deposit and will keep you hanging till you gets completely frustrated. If I won't get my deposit back I'm gonna register a police case against this.

I dont even give them one star ..like everyone say that they dont have manners how to talk to girl. they take 4000 deposil from me n never giving me back when m leaving this place. plzz highly recommend dont go for this pg. they just scam u worth pg

its worst PG ever in my life. In starting phase during deposit they talk very nicely bt never provide all facilities to anyone. in my case they didnt gave bed for starting 1.5 month, almera for 2 months, tv for 4 months and in every month wi-fi gets disable atlest for 8 days and when you complained about it they shout like hell and says Its not our responsibilities. Real face of comfort homes you will see at the time of leaving PG and deposite return. Overall they don’t want to return your deposit so they start irritating you, if u go office you have to wait 1 or 2 hour to come the owner then they will say come tommorw n all. So finally they want u leave their pg without takin deposit but still u go for deposite again n again they start talking in loud voice, tell u to took every months recipt(if u don’t hav they will nt return deposit) then if u ever gave rent 1 day late only they will cut according to 100rs/day*But not add for those emmunities which they provided 1/2 months late* and cut many extra charges.so finaly all deposit is gone.so I would not suggest anyone to go here.

The worst broker I have ever met. Don’t go to them ever in your life. They will talk to you very sweetly at the time of giving you the house. Once you have rented their place, they won’t listen to any of your problems later. All they care about is their money. They won’t provide any service later. Also when you vacant their house they won’t return your deposit. You will have to beg for it for days. They will keep on giving excuses. They charge you Rs 100 per day fine for late payment of rent but in return this rule won’t apply when they have to return you your deposit. Even they will take 6 months for giving you rent agreement. I had rented their place for 3 years and I have gone through all the bad experiences. I do not recommend these people to any one who is looking for PG or rental flats. Pathetic people.
