★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pg doesn’t provide pillow and they accomodate 6 people in 1bhk flat and charge amount as of double sharing and when asked he doesn’t come infront and literally running away like a usain bolt when he is called upon to talk and worst thing is that on reviews like this he replies saying we r not genuine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had recently been in this pg for 3 days, would not recommend this pg to anyone because the pg promises about all the essential amenities but doesn't even provide the basic ones.The pg doesn't contain geysers & instead they handed us one immerson heater & they don't even consider pillows a basic amenity when they already promised us about geysers. The half owner of the pg Mr Ankit Malik is a greedy person after charging us for an entire room and a hall with an attached bathroom he again offered the hall to other persons to accommodate when we didn't allowed the purpose he made us vacate the pg & charged us extra 2k while refunding the amount.

Recently built...Rooms are also good...New furniture available...Each floor having 2rooms with one common bathroom..It depends on the individual if he wants to stay single or sharing...Single will be quiet costly though...Food is average as in other PGs too.. Electricity bill is not included in the rent..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience ever. Big cheating in the background of PG. They have taken advance amount First and no rooms was available Ready to occupy.,and Once we changed UP our mind they denied to give the advance Back and told that its their Company Policy that any amount they take up will not be Refunded. And they didn't give any receipt for the money they took up. Big looting and cheaters in the name of Business. Back ground of education they are looting. Not at all Recommended for boys staying. I have posted it in right page as my brother have been cheated by Sh. Ankit malik and the owner of Comfort Homes. They are Fraudsters running Business for the sake of money alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very greedy owner. Told us we will get 3 beds with a attached hall. Then after staying for 2 days, he forcefully added two more people in the attached hall. Did not provide basic amenities like Geyser, Mirrors and always asking for money. Did not even provide a pillow and always begging for money. The owner's name is Ankit. Please be aware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person who makes food named Rahul have so much attitude and doesn't respond to any of our issues and when we ask for help or something then he says he is not responsible for anything....talk to suraj ji or Malik ji for any of your problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is totally uncomfortable pg not at all recommend at any cost . all the worker here are useless whenever we ask for help they doesnot respond they work. the cleaning staff gaurav often steal clothes and when we are leaving for caoching you have to take care of your expensive items because we personally have bad experience after one week my jeans and tshirts was stolen all are branded expensive when we ask for help in this issue owner refuses and ignore .
Food quality and taste is worst and sometimes food was over & when we ask to make the food the cook refuses to make food again and he says don't bother me for such things and says talk to suraj or malik.
