★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is rude... we visited the restaurant and ordered mineral water along with the food.. they charged me rs 53 for the bottle
Nowhere on the menu card is it mentioned..
The staff is ill mannered and the manager,an old man spoke in bad language..we in the pandemic and touching usd bottles should be dis couraged by restaurants ...when i asked for the split up of tax and cost he was angry..do us a favour uncle,shut the place dow..pathetic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is courteous, rooms are good but need Maintainance....scope for improvement.. negotiate on tariff as much as u can...can have variety in breakfast ( same for 3 days that we stayed)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was good experience at prince hotel. But bit pricey. Simple plain roti charges are 32 and dal makhani price also high. Because of name and fame of this prince hotel I went there. I have a wish to try gujarati thal but the someone on call from restaurant reception said they will not provide us at 3PM. As we are on our bus and our bus reached at around 2:45 and we have only 15min to reach at restaurant. So the restaurant said NO! they will not provide us lunch. So guys if you are going bhuj and have a wish to try gujarati thal reached on time ? :( So I went at dinner time and tried dal makhani, kulcha and rice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this restaurant with my friends and overall the food quality was nice. We visited jaisal and tried veg as well as nonveg food which was delicious. We had chicken & Veg soup, in starters had hara bhara kebab & Chicken tikka followed by veg biryani & fish which was nice. The ambience is well maintained and service is fast. The staff was very welcoming and polite. However being a fine dine restaurant its on expensive side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most atrocious facility. Unfit to be called a hotel if your restaurant does not have the capacity to take on 10 people. Even worse than a dhaba. Please visit the restaurant if you have to loose your self dignity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and non cooperative staff.. They are sweet while taking the money but once you ask them to help you.. You actually know it's not even 3 star.
No facility for driver.. Dirty room and bathroom.
This is their extra bedding they charge 2500 for a broken bedding.. And when you ask them to get a proper one.. They ask you to get one more room instead.. And pay 6k more..
I have been visiting this place for 10 years for lunch.. So was confident about their service.. It was a mistake.. I had to check out this place and go to Click Hotel Bhuj.. Much better than the prince.
