I am purchased two products of aqua ultra. But those are not working due to membrane failure from installation itself. I am contacted customercare several times. But they are not solved the problem and also there is no responsibility to them to satisfy customers . Moreover they are asking to give the 5 Star rating to solve the problem.
So, I suggest to all don't buy this items and don't waste your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using aqua ultra water filter since couple of days excellent and best lowest price in market as compared to other brands. No health issues till date. Very economical and best price in replacement kits as well.
and water taste excellent, our bore-well water TDS level is 890-920 this water purifier is grate and works well to our bore-well water.

They neither address the customer's complaints nor do not respond to emails.
Very long delivery time, installation took more time than delivery.
Even they don't provide receipts for the payment done & no escalation procedure/ matrix.
They are just interested in selling their products & no service post that.

Never buy this product.
Deserves - stars. Asking to give 5 stars to give service. Please don't buy from any medium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I almost forgot that horrible purchase from aquaultra until your Email regarding this feedback.
1. Your RO product broke very 3rd day of installation.
You suggest me to get checked with your paid service partner when i raised the complaint. I do as instructed. called the service partner - paid him 250/- to get only TDS measurement. He instructed that membrane failed and need replacement.
2. When conveyed you replacement requirement, you first convinced to do needful and there goes never ending telephonic follow-up. see the attached screenshot for my attempts to get it resolved.
I agreed that you never say explicit No but there is no intention to solve the complaint but just wasting the time. After lot of follow-up your sent me empty membrane housing which i never demanded nor it solved my complaint.
3. Finally at very fine day i rest my case and accepted defeat, feel cheated but OK. Called local RO parts seller and installed new RO membrane that cost me 1400/- with installation and 1-Yr warranty.
4. Other than this broken RO membrane, there is one more cheating done by this company. They claims of UV filters but actually they used 20/- Rs Blue decoration LED placed inside UV barrel. (UV lamp + UV power chawk + Barrel cost at-least 500/- )
5. Message to all readers of this feedback, this assembled RO business is infected with duplicate products. the sellers of such product don't ensure any quality in any parts being used. somehow i managed to get my RO back-to-work stage after spending extra money. But still i know that each and every parts in this machine is low quality and will create trouble at any point of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Ever RO.Initially they have sent wrong model.Then I requested for rep[lacment they denied.No Each UV light is Repalced,Solenoid Valve is replaced and RO Membrane repalced as TDS is not coming as desired below 150.Now the water pump has started leaking and They have no help line no. to talk and tell the complaint .Only one whatsapp no. and one no. IVRS.Not even deserve single star.No a single penny worth to purchase.Not recommended at all.
