★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Community Center, C Block Naraina Vihar was planned to have a good social life. But this remained so only on the drawing boardonly. Over the years this has been misused. A few unauthorized huts have been built, unauthorized sales counters of food on the carts, good number of non-functional vehicles are parked. The place is not cleaned by any Civic agency. The place is used for passing urine and stools.
