★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a wonderful pg located at Mahipalpur New Delhi, prime location near IGI Airport, special attention were given on safety and security of girls. I have choosen this for my daughter sometimes back. My overall experience is excellent with respect to this pg. I strongly recommend this for those who are looking for a affordable, safe and secure environment like our home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice PG. I stayed here for almost 1.5 years.. good rooms, secure location, hygienic place.. All amenities such as food, water, electricity are available all the time.
The owner and his family is very helpful and is available 24*7 for their tenants. Felt homely !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my worst experience , owner hear doesn't makes you feel safe , shows what he actually is when you start living there !doesn't clarifies anything , he took 17k from me in 14 days and denied to return any of the money saying we talked about this ! Didn't even wanted to give a star but I had to right a review ! Please be very careful if you are there . Because the owner is very cheap

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad thing: Owner doesn't clarify about advance and rent initially. I personally experienced a lot of trouble in receiving back my advance money. Communication is not sincere from the owner. Does not clean the room and give initially, you have to clean yourself. Dont go by starting first impression of Owner s behavior, shows true colour when you vacate, haha..
He cut my 2k from advance uncessarilly.
Good thing: pg is neat and clean, lift service is 24/7, it is safe - safety access card lock is there, food is good (only roti sabji maximum of time provided), maid is kept for cleaning but irregular and got changed when I stayed.
