h dell monitor but the manager doesn't have the knowledge whether the monitor has diplay port or hdmi port.we need hdmi port but dell have diplay port.so we hve to use vga port that is old fashioned. The manager should hve said it but he didn't know anything about that. worst in technical details.not satisfied what we hve wanted .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most irresponsible shop I have ever seen in my life, STILL GOOGLE IS RATING 4.9 STARS ,THESE HAVE BEEN DONE BY THEIR OWN SHOP MEMBERS ...UNDERSTOOD VERY EASILY.They harassed my family members by not selling the required items that we wanted.
1. They didn't give any power cable, still they were saying that they were technically sounded.
2. For consecutive 2 days we went to the shop for taking the things like cables which they are supposed to give at the very first day.
3. In the second day, they gave the damaged v.g.a cable .
4. The manager is still saying that he is not going to help any more though we have 3 years warranty in the respective components.
5. I HAVE TAKEN THE REVIEWS FROM OTHER NEARBY SHOPS, THEY ARE ALSO SAYING THAT THEY USUALLY HARASSED THE CUSTOMERS AND IT IS IN THEIR NATURE.
6. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR A SINGLE CUSTOMER TO GET THE REVIEWS FROM OTHER NEARBY SHOPS FOR CERTAIN THINGS TO BUY.

Every time they worked so well that I have recommend this shop not only to my friends and relatives but also to my colleagues who need technical support for laptop n desktop. During the lockdown period for my online classes I needed some technical support and they helped me out in that crisis situaton also. Even recently I purchased a Laptop from them. Their service is really good and i am really satisfied with their works.

Extremely slow and do not value customer's time.They do not know how to change a laptop keyboard.They changed it for the second time but still some keys are not working properly(First time they damaged the delete key totally while setting it).Also they took the amount in cash to evade GST.Had to take a leave from office as my new keyboard was not working properly.

I purchased many PCs and laptops from this shop and they have never dissatisfied me. Even I purchase all my accessories and peripherals from here. The price is very fair. They always give good service with a smile. Many times when I had problems and called them, they immediately sent their service engineers to my home or office at the earliest and solved my problems. Whatever specifications of PCs and laptops I required, I told them and they gave a very fair price for the same. There are so many times the owner himself have visited my home or office in late hours to solve my problem. All the staff members are very well behaved. I myself have purchased and recommended Computech Services to many of my friends and relatives and will continue to do so. I wish Computech Services all the best for the future.
