★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting property with rude manager. No service, everything was defective, no-one cared to listen or provide any assistance. It appeared the apartment linen was not even changed for weeks and lot of bad stains on them. Worst experience. Never book them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even one star is too much for this apartment and the responsible persons. We ve paid just more than an apartment in Germany and the service we have became was indian like. We have paid more that 1200 dollar for a month and the apartment was a mouse hole. The firat one dark and dirty with lots of cockroches. The second one was a little bit better than the first one but no washibg machine. The commissionares are sure that you have no ther choice because of that no solutions for your problem. They are trying to deny your requests and always saying they will take care of. Very impolite and disrespectful ppl. I wouldn't never ever recommend this ppl. Take care this is only a money machine for them. Zero star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware that India is highly corrupted country and you might be trapped in a chain of smugglers once they know you have money. If you ever plan to stay with these smugglers (Olive Service Apartments) please re-consider your decision. I am sharing my experiences from Australia so you can also do your own search.
If you stay once in Olive Service Apartments you would never think of second stay. You can tell the quality of the build and fixtures is very poor. The toilets didn’t flush and super dirty. Everyday there is an issue with the electricity and lifts stopped working while you are inside. The staff on duty could not assist us in any issue and we had to even spend a day without water, shower and dress in the dark. The noise around the building in GK1, Delhi which I stayed was horrible and I couldn’t even sleep at night. I can understand that there may be issues but what made it worse was when I complained there was no attempt to apologize or rectify the situation in anyway even they asked me to check out because they cannot tolerate constructive feedback.
Poor Customer Service and they are rude, abusive and insulting. The marketing section never talk to you directly instead put you in touch with their brokers to empty you pocket as much they can so be careful. Their brokers will rise the rate as much as they can because they would receive a percentage of that money. There is no terms of condition or anything that you can reference to it. They are absolute cheater, don’t believe their photos before you go physically and check the place.
