★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enquired about this furnished rental and sent my proposal offer to Mr. Mohanish. I revealed my price point and the subscription we hold followed by an e-mail with the firm's presentation which was generous to start. Infact, Mr. Mohanish was the one who asked me to send this and told me to call later regarding the presentation.
They didn't respond to my direct questions about what I was looking for and assumed I wanted a number of jacked-up amenities that I did not ask for or want. They clearly have a very small number of apts in hotels to rent and no normal private rentals.
The sales team was rude and unprofessional especially Mr. Mohanish. My corporation was looking to set up a partnership for the 30+ employees we need individual housing for over the next 2 years. Clearly Concorde Service Apartments is not the place to go.
Run, don't walk to another agency.
