★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, you have to pay a premium price for the room which is not inclusive of breakfast, they charge you extra and make money. Secondly they have so pathetic rules and policies for guests and visitors. They don't allow visitors to even enter the lobby or check the rooms if booking is done for single occupancy. The staff is so illiterate and arrongant, they don't treat the guest with respect neither they are aware of any sort of humanity. They don't upfrontly tell you the hotel rules and policies and later make money by charging abruptly to the guests. The hotel manager doesn't not take any ownership of their faults. Zero in hospitality. Pathetic service, not worth the price they charge for rooms. Not recommended to stay here. Staff is not at all polite and they care to value their guests and visitors. They are pretty happy to give bad service.

It made me feel like, as my luxurious future home. Had a fridge, tea maker, security safe, lavish room furniture and top class washroom.
Also had a study kind desk, to complete some work. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and comfortable hotel. Rooms are good and clean. We stayed here for a day. Cooperative staff. House keeping staff also very good. I forgot my mobile charger in room and after check out I received call from hotel that they found it and told me please collect it at your convenience. Thanks to all staff of hotel. Only thing I didn't like was morning breakfast. We told for jain items but was not ready when we came for breakfast. Attitude of maager was very rude and uncoprative. Breads were old and cold as if stored in Friz. Menu was also not satisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A family restaurant serving veg + jain food . Ample of variety of food also . Food tastes good n the service is also quite fast . Ambiance is good . Too some extent parking is a thing worry but overall its a good restaurant. Must try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms aren't good, no hygiene in the washroom it seemed like a public toilet and the flush is broken, they don't get you breakfast in the room u have to go downstairs and if at all u are late then no breakfast... not a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room cleanliness is good; booked a deluxe room. has centralized AC; Restaurant food is good; Buffet breakfast was OK. had limited items. should serve masala tea. One needs to check whether the TV/Fridge is working or not before check-in. had a bad experience with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was nice, but could have placed a few more basic amenities such as hand towels instead of just body towels and handwash dispenser instead of soaps. One of the staff members, a lady was quite rude and asked us to leave. However, her behaviour was compensated by other members of the hotel and the manager who accomodated our request.
