Rude and not helpful..after 3 visits work not done Senior staff madam only interested in doing agents work as they get their commission..staff telling the customers to come after 10..15 days..they attending to only 5.. customer. ...from. 10am..to 12.am.system slow ..net down...for general customers...but everything working for agents....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malad Area's Post Office well the staff here is pretty good and helpful as compared to other gov places staff u'll get ur work done here easily.. from speed post to courier . They even have post office bank where u can invest and deposit money in... Create Fixed deposits & earn a nice Percentage of interest on your money .. while like any other bank thier procedure is also same. Well for senior citizens there is a separate queue which is good for the elderly. Money withdrawal is also easy and they even have thier app on which u can create an UPI id n all and can carry on with online transaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited to hand over the 4 matured NSC and to get a fresh NSC, for which I was told that only 1 job can be done on a day, while for fresh NSC I would have to visit them once again. While the same is not applicable to the agents. Is not this a harrassment?. while the same service is available at the Liberty Garden Post Office. Kudos to LG PO staff.

Can speed post, drop letters, buy stamps and do almost everything there.
No parking available and towing zone.
Should regulate entry in COVID time.
