even they don't pick up the call if you have this kind of internet issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FTTH service in derabassi is provided by private contractor named SANJEEV, very unprofessional, pathetic, arrogant. Technician name SUNIL one of the lazy fellow in their staff always make excuses to resolve problem.
Once I called connect Derabassi office they said " we are fed up this contractor Sanjeev regarding services."
If you are having their FTTH connection always expect that there will be fault in connection Twice a month and approximately your interest will be down for at least 10 days a month.
