It will works only for 7 to 10 days in a month with no service for 5-7 days in a stretch due to some alien invasion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Y network This is the pathetic and Very Poor internet Service provider I dont know how this comp is workin they dont answer the call Neither they respond to yur msgs Suresh and Munish both networking people are useless and argue with customers They dont have any idea of how to deal with customers ,
Overall very poor internet service provider in Panchkula or any other area Guys pls dont use this internet services.

We subscribed to their broadband Internet and were gullible enough to pay 6 month advance. Yes, they have very cheap and no FUP plans but their customer service is worse than bad.
The services are down for hours together several times every other day. They now do not reply to my complaints or emails, hang up the phone on me and I had to personally visit their office to get the problem resolved. The next day again the internet stopped working.
I have 2mbps plan but the speed they are giving me is only 0.5 mbps, and that too with lot of fluctuations.
Once they have your money with them, you are nobody for them. Earlier when we had wanted a new connection they would duly call and be so sweet to apologise for delays but now when they have our money, they behave like goons.
The biggest problem is that their service is a prepaid service, so once you pay for their broadband plans, you are at their mercy.
My suggestion is that even though they have good broadband plans, but since their service is very poor and customer care non existent, you are better off subscribing to other well known broadband providers in the city. Most of them have excellent customer care service and will promptly resolve your complaints.
I have rated them 1 star, but if I were allowed, I would not have even given them 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst Internet Service Provider I've seen in whole of my life. I had paid 6 months advance and when I had to relocate, I applied for refund and here I am after 3 months still waiting for the refund. The complete customer care including their staff in Panchkula office, they dont pick up calls, just keep postponing things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all acceptable. Non professional staff especially in Zirakpur. Everyday I face poor service and problem. Only reason Iam still having this network is that they are the only providers in my area Zirakpur.
Please someone suggest any other server in Zirakpur lohgarh area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Net - Not recommended to any one . No one pick up the call . No action taken by any person after complaining to main person.
I try to compromised from last 6month but No outcome because they told , your internet service is ok from out side that it.
No one visit to your home to check why your internet is not working.
But I am not recommend to anyone for Y-Net.

They have stopped responding and they have stopped picking calls. The worst service i have ever experienced. 0 STAR SERVICE. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, SHAME ON YOU YNET

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I ever had after paying lots of money. They cant provide you static connection for regular 2 to 3 days and customer needs to call them again and again. But nobody takes your complaint seriously. Am complaining from past one month they not even send any technical guy to my house. Everytime when you call them there is only one reply "ok".
