On April 28, 2018, the mobile Mi 5A was purchased from the V3S Mall Connector Mi India retail Store.
At that time, due to a technical problem, you did not gave a print of the bill to me with the promise that you will send the bill by email, but it is a very sad to say that till now after calling you many a times you are unable to send me an email. And till now after one week you have'nt send me an email neither picking up my phone calls.
This is unethical behavior of Connector MI India retail store. Earlier I have purchased one Mi A1 from your store only at that time my experience was good but this time I am highly disappointed from your services.
With this kind of behavior you are just loosing your customers.
I kindly request you to take action against this. And stop harassing your customers. Now I can't wait anymore for your mail it's high time. So send me the hard copy by tomorrow (7/5/18) Monday or I have to take some other strict action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This MI preferred store not MI authorised store in V3S Mall. The attitude and personality of the owner Mr Rahul swaps instantly after the billing of customer.
Things customer came to know after getting billed:-
1. No printed or pdf copy of invoice is provided to customer. For retaining the invoice, an application is required to be downloaded.
2. Customers have to carry TV from this store in mall to their car himself.
Gentle request:- Delivery a bulky or over dimensional product from store to customers vehicle or residence place - is the basic service which every customer expects. The store can charge an amount for that, customer won’t mind.
Suggestion for improvement:-
1. Printed bill or soft copy of invoice on customers email id should be implemented.
2. Delivery options should be identified and provided to customers at extra cost.
3. Transparency should be maintained with customers. All the things should be properly intimated to customers before billing.
For me, service to customer is utmost importance and which cannot be compromised in exchange of cheap deal.
