The experience was really nice as the quality of their product was amazing.
I would love to order from them again and will suggest it to my friends and family.

I placed an order with them on 27th October. My order number is 9335. It's been a month and I still haven't received the items They don't answer the phone. My messages on the business chat is ignored. Stay away from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They probably have the worst customer care service I have experienced in my life. An item was not delivered and I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. They tried to ship it again I guess but it never reached me. They just stopped replying after that. I have sent 3-4 emails and no one bothers to respond! They still haven't processed a refund for this order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered from consciousfood earlier and it used to be a great experience both in terms of products and customer satisfaction. But now the product options have declined and customer service is almost nonexistent. I placed an order which was showing up with a delivery date of 28 Apr and the shipment never arrived. It was difficult to get hold of anyone at Consciousfood and the guy who finally answered promised to get in touch with the courier company and get the shipment delivered within a day. But it never arrived. I then contacted the courier company and asked them to cancel the shipment but they wanted that to come from consciousfood which consciousfood did not do after my multiple follow ups. I had to leave for another country and the shipment finally arrived today, a week after I left. Will never order again from consciousfood

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order Palm Jaggery with high hopes. Worst product. More than half of the product was nothing but mud. Taste not even close to how palm jaggery should taste. No sweetness, no flavor. Normal jaggery or sugar would have been a better option. Had to throw away the rest of the mud since I was in doubt regarding the product and how that stuff might affect my health. Worst Experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been selected for a free sample of Coffee Moka Pot and Filter coffee from Fabpiks website. Thank you so much for sending me a free sample. But I got the same 2 samples of Dark Roast Moka Pot. i Did not receive any msg from Conscious food regarding delivery and 2 times my order was returned and they are sending delivery without pre call or msg confirmation. I tried contacting both Fabpiks and Conscious food after so many calls, and emails.
I got my order but was not happy with the service of conscious food. They just assured me it will be delivered today, today, today, Avoid placing any online orders with them.
Their team was not very supportive, just giving fake promises and sending wrong products twice and not bothering to change it. Finally I didn't get Filter coffee. I tried asking them but no one responded to emails, calls, instagram msg they never reply to emails, not even calling back to us. Worst customer & Shipping Service. their service is extremely lousy
Product quality, taste is awesome. but the only negative point is the Customer support team and shipping service. The quality of the product is Good Organic. i tried their other products as well.
kindly give training to your customer service to talk with customers and train them to dispatch the RIGHT ORDER ON TIME not only fake promises. (AVOID SENDING WRONG PRODUCTS).
Don't ever buy anything from Conscious food Because for worst customer service don't want to waste my time & Money.
