The process is really simple, no need to contact any agents. No need to take any appointments. It takes hardly 10 to 15 minutes to submit the application form and you shall get the visa after 3 working days. The staff is really helpful. If you have any queries regarding visa form, you can call the office from the number given on their website before visiting it.
The only negative thing about the office is that, there's no waiting room as such. I reached the office at 8.15 am and it was raining heavily. I had to wait in the rain outside. I suggest you go after 9 am only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are taking all the safety measures during this time of pandemic. Applying for visa doesn't take much time if all your documents are correct. Staff is polite and helpful. Electronic gadgets are not allowed in the office premises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the staff here are very helping. They swiftly cleared all doubts which I had. Also the process here is very smooth and fast.
The only downside is that if you are visiting here with your family, then please note that there is no sitting area here, even for the applicant.
Only the applicant can enter, when his/her appointment begins, therefore the family will have to stay outside standing.
One more thing, electronic gadgets are not allowed inside (including phone).
This are not big issues. I am just pointing out everything, I encountered.
Summary: Your work will be done as fast possible here and people here are helping.
