★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been training for over a month now and it's been a great experience. The workouts are excellent for calorie burn and strength building including weight training and flexibility drills. The techniques are deadly and logical, which will actually help to defend ourselves if we get stuck in any unfortunate situation. Badass classes, everyone should try this atleast once, you'll keep coming for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contact combat india is literally the best place for Krav Maga and kick boxing. And I'm not saying that just in terms of the training they provide, but the way they treat you as one of their own, so at CCI , you're not just a mere client, but a family. Personally, for someone who has severe asthma, I always knew that doing martial arts wouldn't come easy, but they made me experience it so differently, they made sure I wasn't too sick before the sessions, they made sure I took frequent breaks within the sessions, I'm super slow and get attacks often during the sash , they always made sure I don't get left out in the group . And trust me , you don't find such fine trainers that easily. The quality of training is remarkable .its worth travelling 19kms thrice a week, I can say that with conviction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily the best gym for learning krav maga in delhi. Trainers are very passionate and they're committed to building the techniques into your reflexes. Training is tough and sweaty but at the end of the day it gives you a lot of satisfaction. Absolutely enjoyed my 4 months here and looking forward to train for a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here for little over a month and the experience has been fantastic. The training sessions are so good that it makes it worth the 24 Km travel for me.
The sessions start with really intense and functional strength/cardio session that will leave you gasping for breath and drenched in sweat. Post which you get to learn the strikes/kicks/techniques and practice them.
I have had the pleasure(or pain?) of getting trained by Prem, who makes sure we give 100% to the practice and he focuses on detail that we are doing the techniques correctly. Prem also gives us a real-life role-play scenario, where we get the feel of how and when to use techniques and get to better understand the movements/techniques.
Pro tip- If you are in Prem's class, don't ask for water break unless he himself let's you have one, you will end up doing 100s of Burpees (?)
The co-founder, Kriti, is really polite, professional and accommodating person and has helped me time and again with my queries.
Overall, the experience is amazing when you get to train with experienced professionals and equally passionate and enthusiastic fellow warriors and I can say it has helped me build some confidence that if need be (but hopefully not), I can handle an attack better.

The trainers are so knowledgeable and they are so open to making sure that they adapt their schedules as per their clients convenience. The different techniques which I’ve learnt during my first level will help me in self defence and I can’t wait to learn more and be a pro at self defence. Thanks to CCI!
