★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer handling. Much interested about getting profit rather than providing services. Hotel provided at Guwahati specially Hotel Legacy Residency is very bad. The behavior of the staff named Suman of the said hotel is very bad. Less responsible about the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Hotel provided in Meghalaya didn't have hot water, room cleaning, food or water services. Sugar-coated words are all they tell to people. They charged us 1000 rupees extra than the room rent for those shabby, dark wet rooms with dirty bedsheets, no decent blankets on chilly winter nights. Spoiled our family's vacation experience. Safe to say not recommended at all!!
