★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pioneer and old travel agency in Kolkata. It is located just beside the Victoria House in Chowronghee area. The service provided by the agency is excellent. The price of various packages are affordable. The hotels provided during the tour are good. It is an ideal travel agency for the middle class people who prefers to travel at affordable prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few weeks ago we went to Himachal tour. The behaviour of the manager was too bad, he don't know how to speak and behave with customers. The food that was given by them was below standards, quality was too poor.
The amount they take that type of service is not provided by them. Didn't expect from Kundu

The behavior of the manager was not good, he don't know how to speak with customers. But the Staffs were good. The quality of the foods was too poor. The money they take they don't give the proper service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience with Kundu Special on Kinnaur Kalpa tour (3rd April 2022).
This was my 7th tour with Kundu Special, but I was very disappointed.
Hotel accomodation was below average. Poor rooms with lack of basic amenities.
Also, room allotment by tour manager was not fair.
Very poor experience by majority of families who travelled in this tour.
Kundu Special should reach out to the parties and take individual feedback from each family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are 2 kinds of Bengali travelers - one who just wants Bengali food 4 meals a day and cares for nothing else, then Kundu Special is just for you. You'll feel heavenly traveling with them. So you can skip the next part of this review.
Okay, so for the other kind - the explorers who love to explore the place they are visiting, try the local cuisines and take their time to explore the places - Please avoid this tour operator, they will destroy your trip and your money will be wasted.
I have traveled for more than 10 trips with this tour operator, mostly because my parents and grandparents were with us, and for them it was perfect, but for me who belongs to the 2nd category stated above - its a nightmare.
1. They won't let you explore any place, they give you fixed times which suit their agenda and force you to come back before you can even finish covering the spots.
2. You are most unlucky if you have booked late. You will get the last seat of the bus/traveler which doesn't change through the entire tour, and their managers will never pay any heed to any of your complaints.
3. Their customer service have become worst and mostly due to legacy managers who have stayed here for more than 20 yrs and think that they are kings of the tourism industry. They don't pay any heed to the tourists and speak rudely as if they don't care.
Reality check - Kundu special is currently running just on their legacy and history and there is nothing good in their service anymore other than 4 bengali meals everyday. They have simply failed to carter to the needs of the current tourism industry.
Advice to the management - change your legacy managers and try to Carter to the young generation. Once this old generation who are your current customers are no longer there after 20 yrs, you will find your business in the ruins otherwise. Mark this review and come back 20 yrs later to mark my words.
