★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very unprofessional and lack knowledge. I did kertain treatment from here and all money got wasted. There was no effect on my hair after the treatment and they use duplicate and low quality products for keratin treatment. While doing the treatment my eyes were watering and it had a very bad unbearable smell. Somehow the process got finished and when I did my first wash by my own I could not notice if ever there was keratin treatment done on my hair. I went to the salon to complain about the same however the stylist did not offer me refund but instead asked me to do the harmful keratin treatment again with same low quality and duplicate products. Please note these kind of treatments need professional's judgments who have knowledge about products as they can be very harmful on hair and even body. They can be cancer causing if not done with correct quality of products. I did not go for second time but I did not get my refund either. Also, they do business in very unhygienic conditions using same towels and always the floor is surrounded by hairs. They don't use disposable paper towels in times of this pandemic. So hygiene is on toss. Please don't visit this salon if quality matters to you and if you don't want to waste your money.
