★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For 2 days my window AC is wide open, this cooling centre technicians could not open the Fan motor so they supposed to come and repair but no technicians arrived. But service charge of 500 Rs. Taken successfully. I have never seen such irresponsible attitude and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Painstakingly annoying experience with the support team. The will make you regret your decision of buying a Blue Star AC every single minute of your life. The cooling coil of my AC had manufacturing defect and I asked them to replace my indoor unit; they outright denied that. Now it is the second time my AC is there for more than 15 days and we're continuing to suffer in the scorching heat and sleepless nights.
