★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of best computer shop in Madhyamgram, most of my computer essentials I buy from this store. Another important thing I have noticed is that when I compare the products' pricing at this store, it is cheaper as compare to the with online prices.
They also provide computer repair services as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am seeing many people are happy with the shop's services but I found it extremely unprofessional and not trustworthy at all. Reluctant to give any information on Product availability over phone and trying to sell different Product all together. If this is the attitude of the shop to new prospective customers, don't want to test after sales service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, worst shop in all of madhyamgram. Would never recommend it to anyone, never. I bought a foxin mouse and after a few days, it stopped working. I returned it to the shop and they said that they will forward it to the company repair shop. I left the mouse there for a month. Came back, asked if the repairs were done, and boom. The mouse was still there in a drawer, yet to be sent for repairs. Then, as a replacement, they gave me an 'Intex", yes u heard right, an "Intex" mouse as a replacement, not even a new one, it was a refurbished one. And not having any other option, I took it. Used it for 2 months, now the buttons stopped working. And today, I need to go and buy a new mouse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very bad place to brought something you don't know about. They will recommend you anything to make there sale regardless of your actual need. If you brought this and it don't fit in your system you can't return this. If you will try to explain that 'they recommend you they told it will be fine for you' then they denial that whatever they said.
If you argue with them they will turn into like bunch of criminals specially the chief person seated beside the cash counter. He can beat or bite you if you argue with him. So careful...
