★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital staff don't know abt anything abt hepatitis b vaccine and chicken pox vaccine they send me from first floor to ground floor a number of times and they also don't know abt this thing' and they don't have a basic enquiry counter in hospital very poor hospital service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Cooper hosp for covid 19 vaccine. There are 10 counters operated from 9 am to 5 pm daily. You have to first register yourself on COWIN.gov.in .with aadhar card . Next for scheduling appointment chose K WEST WARD PIN 4000058. IF ANY SLOTS ARE AVAILBLE CHOSE DATE AND TIME AND BOOK. ON CHOSEN day visit hosp covid vaccination center. Stand in queue and get paper token . Estimate your time based on your no in que. It may take one hour to two hours. Staff are very polite services are well managed.wiaiting area is provided .A WELL MANAGED VACCINATION CENTER IN VILEPARE MUMBAI

This hospital is clean as compare to other BMC hospital.
Now the bad points. Some staff is rude & arrogant. Quite long waiting period.
Best hospital for poor people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even in such critical condition, Hats-off to each and Every doctor also the staffs works in Hospital. They work so efficiently and effectively even in such a tense conditions.
They do take all preventive measures for each and ever patients also have separate wards for various diseases and have Excellent service with very well maintained.
Only Best government Hospital in Mumbai is The Cooper Hospital.
Thank you so much for saving and giving such a great service in such critical condition. Thank you so much!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very big and old hospital. Very crowded sometimes but it is a very good hospital, the doctors are some rude but very good at there work. It is like you have to bribe sometimes to the lower level staffs to get the appointment and doctors are also part of it. Very crowded so you will find long queues everywhere. Whenever you will go for service you will get some mind disturbing providers and there attitude, arrogance. Also even if it is a new building they have the dangerous lift, I am saying cause once I was stuck in it. But overall it's very good hospitals, you have to manage. People who can't manage you have to manage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited because of a Cat Bite at 4.30am. Doctors gave first treatment. But Tetanus shot was not available. Had to buy from a Chemist outside. For 2nd dose of Anti Rabies Vaccine, they did not have the dose. Dose was not available since many weeks as said a nurse who was available Rabies OPD. Also Immunoglobulin vaccine is never available, as mentioned by Emergency Ward Doctors and Rabies Ward Nurse, so had to go to JJ Hospital for the same.
