★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to Mr.Leonard and his team. I planned to order King Size cot, Never spoke to him Via Phone it was all through whats app messaging only.
we received the product as per agreed timeline, and we were so happy to see the cot it was awesome. The quality of the wood and the wood work is Exceptional. Definitely recommend to buy from coorg rose wood furniture’s. After seeing the work I can definitely say that you can blindly call or message and order for any furniture.

Initially i have ordered 6 seater dining table and they made it very nicely crafted with good quality of rose wood. Then I have ordered one bed and sofa set. You don’t have to meet him personally, and he is very genuine and reliable. He deserves a 5 star rating for his attitude, service and quality. please feel free to refer to your friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of Coorg Rosewood Timbers, Mr. Leonard is perhaps what distinguishes this experience from others. From the get go, his most important focus is understanding what the customer is visualising and then proceeding to give life to such ideas, be it simple or unrealistic. All through the process, the level of communication and transparency in his process gave me peace of mind that rarely comes with custom orders like the one I had placed.
Then coming to the craftsmanship - his team of carpenters and artisans are the final piece in the process. They did justice to the quality of the rosewood that Mr. Leonard manages to source, he has to bid for them as they are government auctioned. The rate per cubic feet that was charged was significantly less than the rate charged by regular timber yards, possibly because there are no middlemen here. Mr. Leonard has made a piece that will stand the test of time. The desk in the picture weighs nearly 400 Kgs. Not a single piece of plywood in sight. I highly recommend this place if you wish to try something new and interesting or replicate the pure rosewood furniture of yesteryear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent craftsmanship, genuine and high-quality, are few words about this shop. Our cot reached today; we are extremely happy with it. It was way more than I had imagined. If Mr. Leonard commits something; he sticks to it, no compromise on that. Rare to see people work with this much commitment in this furniture industry. I was searching one like that for years; Leonard sir is the stop.
We discussed a lot about the design and initially decided it would not be possible, as it would cost more. But I was so particular about the design. He read my mind and called me 2 days later, told me to go with the design I suggested. He took it, which fits on my budget ? and did it. No words, I respect his work, design, engineering, and special thanks to all the craft people who were involved in making this one. God bless.
Lots of design changes in between; he nicely resolved it all without compromising on the look.
Just blindly go with him if you need genuine furniture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi All let me be very transparent in my review. I was in search of carpenter for doing a dining table. But had a condition the work has to be done in front of my eyes. Either close to my place or at my home. But not able to find trustable people with good workman ship even if they are ready to do the work. Minute when I give my proposal either they run away or they somehow increase the price to sky just to vanish.
Let me come to the point, I got to know about Leonard through google reviews. So just making a call with his busy schedule he spent 10min speaking to me hearing our requirement and explaining his work experience past and current which is in order.
He is very clear in one thing in his business "Trust" from both the sides. Trust him and pay 50℅ while giving order. After delivering he will take balance 50% which his business terms and conditions in his business. In his terms there is no compromise.
Ok without knowing a person or just seeing a google review photos how to trust this person to pay 50% of amount that also who is far away in Kushal nagar, coorg. So I had asked him give me contact details of people whoncan show your work in person. So me and my wife went to one of his customer house and checked his work manship and checked quality of wood. He had done a excellent work and no compromise on wood quality.
Without second thought transferred 50℅ to him through google pay post giving me a quotation.
As per the design he had consulted me with the measurement which I'm looking for and inturn he gave some recommendations also to me which is really a value add from cost saving perspective which he give suggestions. One important thing is as a customer we need patience and need to give him time for him to start the work post procuring the wood from depo.
Furniture what he makes are not use and throw. This will be used for our future generations as well. That is the speciality of the wood and work which he and his team does in Coorg rosewood furniture.
My Dining table which I have shown in the picture was delivered in 60 days time period. But he had shared me the pics from procuring the wood till work. Is finished.

I have planned to order King Size cot, centre table and Dining set. But I am bit worried about online shopping without knowing people and not even seen the products, we had a first discussion with him and his wife via phone call. The way he explained was amazing and make us to comfort zone to proceed with Order. Every week he used to call and update the status about the products and where we are with photos. Finally, we have received the products before the timeline today, and we all surprised the moment when we see furniture’s it was awesome. we all are discussing whole day about the furniture how he made it. He mainly focuses what customers needs and understand their requirement, he put more effort and make customers happy. We can say he is the rose wood specialist in India and high-quality work and meet the customer needs. The quality of the wood is excellent. Highly recommend to buy from coorg rose wood furniture’s . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I roamed lot of stores looking for Rosewood furniture but was always sceptical about the wood and my search started from there looking for original Rosewood furniture dealers. It was all due to the reviews people have written over here that I was able to convince myself to place an order not even without visiting the store, nor even meeting Mr Leonard.
So here is my review to help people like me to make decisions,
Rosewood Quality:
The furniture which i had seen in many stores are nothing compared to what I have received, these are way heavy (good density), the grains seen, the colour of the wood - one will immediately notice the difference and know what original rosewood looks/feels like.I understood the difference here between Sheesham and Rosewood.
Strength and Size:
In fact this would be too early to comment on strength, but I am mainly coming on this from the wood size being used, the same designs in stores had a very lean structure but the ones i have received are very sturdy and thick ones - I can feel they would last longer, You can see the legs/stick thickness from the images - absolutely no miserliness in using the wood for furniture.
Custom made:
I had shared this design and Mr Leonard was like you finalise the design and It is possible.So any internet found images, liked ones can be brought into reality through him with all take cares. with so many spokes kind of design in the sofa - the strength still seems very much maintained.
Time taken to deliver :
It definitely takes some time to deliver the best which was also mentioned by Leonard well before placing the order.
So here i would like to mention to any buyer that provide sufficient time for Mr Leonard to deliver the furniture.
I had very much decided that i would not bother Leonard, would leave upon him to deliver when they are ready and it worked well with me, so my suggestion remains same here.
After Sale Services:
Like most of the vendors where once the goods are exchanged they are hard to get in touch with but Mr Leonard has been very much in contact. the stoppers for the Quartz platform was not set up but Mr Leonard followed up with me almost daily to have this resolved as this was a miss from third party.
I had initially ordered only Sofa but ended up later ordering dining table and coffee table too, such was the quality promise of Mr Leonard and I am happy with the purchases.
