Does not even reply properly and while I was on the call asking him which iron grill work they do as we are doing our interior work, he hung up the phone. Even if they did the work we needed, God forbid anything went wrong, he would not bother to hear you out for sure. Better to find people who know how to do business. Absolute correct review given here by another 68 year old person - irresponsible business owner and it baffles me who would give him a 5 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After seeing some models in the net, I have contacted him over phone. Based on the discussion I have sent two model of grill design for staircase. He agreed to do the second model. Then I asked for estimate. So he requested me to come over to his workshop for discussion. Then on 9-11-2020 I went there through Uber taxi and discussed with him. Even though his workshop is too small the design available there is seems to be fine. He also explained the grill model and drawn the model at once and after having a detailed deliberations we finalized the design. He seems to be a knowledgeable person. Then I requested the estimate. He said he will work out and send it through WhatsApp. I have waited for 2 days but no response. Third day I called him through mobile but he did not lifted the call. But I repeated daily so many times and no response. Until 14-11-2020 he never lifted nor responded to my calls. On 14 -11-2020 after call not attended I have sent a message to him whether he is willing to undertake the work or not. Then replied via Sms that he’s not interested. He might have informed the same when I making calls. But he ignored. I don’t know how people have given 5 stars rating such an irresponsible person and even not given due curtesy to the customer that is to a 68 year old customer. Sorry I have given only one star. If anybody is going to approach him for grill work expect such an irresponsible behavior from him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very wise decision to go with Shakut for our main door safety grill. We had chosen a complex design and he confirmed he could do it. The workmanship and skill is really good which is reflected in the finish of the door.
I spent a month visiting Fabricators who said they cannot deliver the design and always enforced their own design.
One problem is delivery which can take some time. He might miss out on the commitment. However, I have been patient and did not put any pressure for delivery and the output was fabulous.
