Poor time management and hurried after reaching our destination. They had dumped everything in every space possible.
No bubble wrap
No uniform
Two of the team members were behaving very badly

They charged high but the quality of service that was provided was not so worthy. They damaged my newly purchased refrigerator and "Hats off to the guys", they were even disagreeing to the fact that they committed it. Instead they were more focused on asking for extra amount (in the name of labour charges, etc).
The payment was done fully, but no amount was paid back as insurance claim. The owner also made zero efforts or mentions about it. Honestly, they don't even put details of objects being insured in their bill and just go with verbal promises (so that they can deny later on).
Overall, if you have few articles and less number of furnitures, you can think about talking to them, but if you are trying to shift expensive articles or things that are emotionally related to you, then they are not the service provider whom you should opt for.
I was lame enough to trust them and ended up disappointing myself (coz I didn't see that 4.6 review approach in their service). Rest is upto you.
P.S. - Adding an image of my refrigerator. They have made approximately 5 sharp dents.
