★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is punctual and helpful. They take care while packing and delivery. I was worried about my glass center table. They were able to pack and deliver it safely. They came with carton boxes. However, I think if they had brought bubble wrap or carton roll , it would have helped them, as we had lot of items to pack. Anyways, they were able to pack everything properly, as they are very resourceful in packing and they made use of whatever was available. Thank you for smoothly transferring our household items to new ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheaters these are. It's been 10 days they couldn't deliver the goods to Andhra(committed 3days). Looks like these are third party tieups, they also dont know where are our goods and worst part is they doesn't take responsibility. They don't send goods directly, does only packing n ships with Logistics&shippers and then Delhivery. Recommend you to go with direct trusted one's, learnt with experience.
Update2 : I finally got the goods after following up with local DELIVERY head offc. One major box missing, these folks claimed all sent. After series of debates, they acknowledged it is in their warehouse and missed dispatching.
Worst experience, lot of efforts had gone with these folks on followups n for missing package. They don't take or feel responsible for all this.
