It's been 10 years to the projects ,the house has not asked for any major repairs.The accessories and bath fittings used by the builder is of very good quality.
It has a functional gym,club house and also has children's play area.
The garden area is not maintained well. After society formation it's upto the members to give priority to work they want to get done
Proximity to hospital ,bank, railway station and airport makes it an awesome buy.
