As a sales executive she knows what she's doing and she does it right. She helped me out at every stage, from understanding requirements, site visits to agreement & registration process. The sites were really exquisite and thus worth visiting. She answered my queries until I was satisfied and content. Her explanations are thorough and doesn't have any catches or loopholes.
I was able to take a wise yet quick decision only because of her help. So I really appreciate their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Don't deal with them as they are fraud. Don't deal specially with Kumar Mudaliar from their company as he is a big time liar. Kumar showed me godrej project in manjari khurd and I had given token money of Rs 50000 to book flat in Godrej, but I cancelled the booking and Kumar told me that I will get my refund within 15 days. I waited for 20 days and when I didn't got my refund, I did follow up with Kumar and from that day he started giving me false commitments and kept on saying that I will get refund within few days. After few days he stopped answering my calls and also blocked my number. Somehow I got hold of his manager Mr. Vishal and instead of helping me he was supporting Kumar. Finally I had to fight with Godrej and somehow managed to get my refund after one month. Please don't deal with them as there are many trustworthy channel partners in the market. In fact I would say that there is no need of channel partners as if we approach the project site directly, they offer more discount then what channel partners can get for us.
