★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally useless firm. They committed a lot of things and the fact is they couldn’t even help with the negotiations. We had to do everything ourselves. They got their commission and they disappeared. Mr Rehman didn’t even have the courtesy to call us enquire once we booked the house. I regret the fact that they got their commission for just showing us where is the project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional! I dealt with Mr. M@yu® who kept insisting for 3 weeks for site visits. I gave him my EXACT requirements weeks ago on whatsapp chat. We decided to meet on a Wednesday for which I took a leave from office and travelled 20 kms to meet him as he had whole day schedule ready as per our telephonic conversation. I messaged him the time I left my house to visit and he was ready to meet.
However, to my horror he sent another guy without informing him anything about my requirements and I had to brief everything again to which the new guy replied sorry I don't have anything matching your requirements now for you to view.
Imagine my agony. Upon calling M@yu® he mentioned he has some urgent work and hence could not come. He asked me to wait for 2 hours in the scorching heat so that he can "arrange" some flats which clearly indicates how prepared he was to show me flats.
Never will deal with Hind reality again!
