He misbehaved while talking to me and my husband as the mattress is sagging and can be clearly seen he denied and out ego he didn't write the complain or changed the mattress . while complaing to customer care the executive lady was not ready to accept that the executive misbehaved where as she was even not ready to send another executive . the mattress is sagging from one end and which can be clearly seen but as usual they wont change coz of their pathetic service. Worst company , worst material , worst staff service and pathetic customer care service. Never purchase from this company all the can do is FOOL YOU AND WASTE YOUR MONEY ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Company Ever. Mattress got deflated and damaged within a year. There is no customer service and after sales support. The dealers don't help u at all. Never buy from Corform again all my money got wasted.
After lot of complaints Mr Rajiv Rathore of Coirfoam who is a good person and understands customers concern replaced my mattress within 2 days. I had to pay extra Rs 4275 which is as per company policy so they charge 20% on Mrp after one year. Plus 400 transports charges. So all in all I had to pay 5k more for the replacement under warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company. I bought mattresses of corfom.they sagged after 5 6 month. I registered complaints many times but no respsonse then a company executive came after 5 6 months and asked me to pay 50% of the MRP to exchange under warranty.i am moving to consumer forum. Will update the case .
