★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As in case of Lock down, I went today for a cash withdrawal to this branch as my branch is in Orlem. In need of urgent cash,bank staff denied to give me cash on slip withdrawal because my debit card is expired and they told me to go the main Orlem branch.
More than poor service by this branch staff, instead of helping people in this pandemic they've kind ego and they're expecting people to respect them, how can it be?
