★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service of this bank. Arrogant and narrow minded employees. If you know marathi then they will communicate with you wisely otherwise they will treat you like they are waisting their time by doing the work releated to you. This bank debited around 1200 Rs. in last 21 days from my SBI account, I asked them for clarification of debited ammount, so they told 200 Rs as SMS charges, 150 penelty, and rest amount for no reason, finally closed my account. Better to open an account in some other government bank or in private bank. Thanks..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Branch has the worst service. Non og the staff is bothered about their responsibility. Even just for a small inquiries they make the customer to come twice or thrice. Some of the staff are very rude. Sorry to say all this but I am fed up with this brach and their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service of Kandivali industrial bank, bank closing for customers before 3 pm, and launch break timing more than than 45 minutes, customer waiting outside no one here to manage as guard is already retired.

specially with ladies even one day he is fighting with security guard. I think such person is not capable to become branch manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hilda Rodriguez is trying hard but she is unable to provide resolution in first instance for any query, literally we have to go out thrice for xerox because whenever we went to her we were not given all information at one go and everytime we've been asked for something to do from her, even bank employees and customers are interrupting her and coming to her without following any queue which is unnecessary letting other customers to wait in queue, I still appreciate the help she did but please increase your staff to support her... And when we have to compare between private banks and nationalised bank, they always have young guys to support for general or account related queries because such queries are more in numbers compared to other queries.. hope I will have different experience when we visit your bank next time because this time for RTGS and KYC we have successfully completed the process in more than 2 hours and fourth time when I visited her desk again she was asking for xerox but literally she felt that it's too much and then asked her colleague to bring the Xerox from the bank Xerox machine??..
