★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the branch today...asked for balance and later after knowing the balance, realized that balance was low.
Later when asked the staff whether any balance deduction is done....the lady sitting the on the counter behaved rudely with me....
Also same behavior was observed with others too.
Because of 1 lady staff..whole branch name is spoiled .
Very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank is horrible. Nothing gets done quickly. Keep aside 2 hours for anywork you need done. Perhaps labour , illiterate, and older folks find this banking environment familiar to govt ofrices and bank here. It has taken me 3 days to close an old account....it's not closed yet. Net banking access needs a form, beats the idea of NetBanking if it starts with visit to a bank and a physical form. Same with debit card
Most folks are rude which perhaps the labourers can digest but u have bit of self respect don't bank here.
