★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice pg main problem is food rooms r small food can’t even I taste by tht smell only I didn’t eat rest rooms r ok if u can adjust for food u can join no problem rooms r too small ...........!

2.Easy accessibility to all areas
3.Have dedicated Car parking at the basement for inmates
5.Food is included with the monthly rent
6. Nice Terrace view
7. Strict rules and regulations
Cons
1.Rooms are very congested
(Not recommended for Claustrophobics)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Paying Guest home for boys. The bahavior or staff and owner is so friendly. Bit congested but manageable. Have a good separate reading room.
Washing machine, clean water, mess everything is provided. Nice and peaceful environment. Provides good parking lot at the basement with security. Overall the atmosphere is fine. Single sharing, two sharing, 3 sharing rooms are available. Hot water facility is available. You have to compromise a bit on cleanliness if you are a very clean person the toilets and bathrooms are common and the rent you may find a bit costly.

The owner will say we are like family but he in looting business.
You have to pay same amount as deposit depending on rent amount
