★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of the top best tour operator in India. I and my family members alongwith my relatives and friends utilised the M/s Nirmala Travels we have gone different parts of India more than 10 times. Each facilities like food, good accommodation, tour guide, entertainment programme for tourists etc are excellent. I really felt homely in the tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week we had been to Srinagar with this travels on a 6 days tour. All the 38 tourists had a very high expectation & regards towards this operators before commencement of the tour. All our dreams shattered at the Srinagar airport itself as all of us struggled to trace the tour manager as he was standing in a remote corner without holding a placard.
After leaving the airport, he was struggling to find a hotel for our stay & ultimately some of us were forced to occupy a hotel which was not a decent one & about ten to twelve of us were literally on the Srinagar streets as the manager was not traceble nearly for two hours. At last, he was suceeded in getting us an accommodation which was like dungeon & all of us had a nightmare at the dungeons. Added to this, majority of us were senior citizens, some of us were super seniors too.
Tour operators had totally failed in booking a decent accommodation at Srinagar eventhough we had paid the full tour cost one month before itself.
Coming to the local sight seeing arrangements, after a long waiting for about two hours at the entrance of the hotel, the managers could arrange for two cheapest available very old vans for 38 of us. Since majority of us were senior citizens, we found it very very difficult to get into the vans as the first step to get into the van was one & half feet height without any handle/bar support. Even after repeated requests from all of us to change the vehicle, the manager was very adamant & he didn't listen to us. All the 4 days, we were forced to travel in the same vans 3 to 4 hours daily. The seats were so small, very very shabby & some of the seats were broken too. The company had assured in their brochure to arrange seperate vehicle for 8 persons each for transportation.
Coming to the food point, it was not upto the mark & most of the times it was not cooked properly.
There were two tour managers & both of them were not friendly with their guests & their behaviour & approach was very very rude most of times.
With this shocking tour experience, I never never recommend any of my friends/relatives to opt for any tour of this inefficient tour operators.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used their tour packages three times and us managed professionally. North India tour was very good. Clean hotels, fresh and hygienic food prepared in in house cook, good adherence to schedule, knowledgeable and polite tour msnager, no travel after 8 pm etc.
South tour is OK but food from pre fixed hotels. Overall ok.
Much dependence on the tour manager.

Since it was all so last minute we had Nirmala travels help us out and arrange it all in a span of just 5 days. From our flights to our hotels, everything was customised as per our requirements. They were very prompt in solving any query/issue we had, helping us out every step of the way. We had the best trip ever, thank you once again for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best and reliable tour operators. How for customised group booking was shifted to Hubli even for local customers may be due to Covid restrictions. Hubli office was slow to respond and customise to client needs. Needs to look for alternate operatot this time. But always trust our old Nirmala travels always especially for group bookings, pilgrimage tours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Coorg from 18 to 20 march 22 by Nirmala travels. The tour started from Bengaluru by AC Bus. All the spots as per the itinerary were covered. We were put up for two nights in Madikeri in Hotel Chitra.
Stay was pleasant. Food was good throughout the tour .
Tour manager Mr Ananth Kamath was very knowledgeable about all the sights visited and extremely cooperative.
We paid 8295 per head for the tour which was really value for the money paid.
We are very happy with the tour .
Nirmala travels gets our appreciation for the way tour was conducted. Would surely recommend Nirmala Travels to my friends and relatives.
