Mr.guru, head of travels took me the star accommodation charges and gave me poor rooms .
When it comes to travelling, he took charges for wagonr but gave me the old and oldest tavera.
I am bhageerathi customer since 20 years.
Next time i wont step into this travels for customized tour.
