★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used an A/c bus for our trip to Coorg in Nov 2013. The bus was in an excellent condition and the interior of the bus was maintained very well. The crew of the bus were courteous, neatly dressed and polite. The driver maintains a steady speed and is in great control of the bus. Overall, I would say that we can't expect a better service from Sathya Sai Tourists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very disappointed. rented a van for a 3 day trip. the vehicle provided looked great in the pictures but in reality was provided with a rickety van which was in a dirty, torn and tattered condition, and the highlight was the cockroach infestation in the van.
i considered this to be a reputable company, but will take my business elsewhere in the future.

The drive drove safely and was very courteous. Good deal too on pricing. Staffs are very helpful once again am thankful them.and once again if any requirement will g to them only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad attitude over the phone...these guys think no end of themselves. Called for information on renting a few buses. First they said you have to come to the office. When I said I would rather not in this situation, they said they will call back and never did. Well too bad... we needed 15 buses and took our business elsewhere.

2- They don't bother to understand requirement
3- Unnecessary tiff with potential customers loosing them forever
4- Didn't even get an opportunity to gauge their charges
We wanted to visit their place (10kms away) as suggested by prompt old veteran customer, But when we inquired over call, they insisted on doing this online.
I shared already created my itinary with dates and locations and only requested them to focus on sharing estimates in the interest of time with details on type of hotel , transport and activities they can cover in this time frame and requested them to send details asap .
They signed up to send it online by EOD. But no response even after we followed up , instead they took their own sweet time to respond after a couple of days, that too sending me my itenary only back as thier first initiative and mentioning.
By then I had choosen my vendor and plan.
They followed up promptly only this time and when they realised that the deal was lost , with such audacity started arguing with all their energy as to why we didn't choose them.
