β β β β β Worst service by a travels, Pickup time for me at Jayanagar was at 8 p.m and the staff called me at 7:45 and talked to me in a rude way, asking me why I haven't I reached the boarding point.
After I reached the boarding point at 7:55 and boarded the bus, the driver was like "Why don't you pick up the call and we called you so many times". But the fact was that I had picked up the call and had told them I am reaching in 5 minutes.
After the boarding, they wasted 1 and half hours in Gandhinagar for loading courier luggages on a passenger bus. And clearly VRL Travels don't care about any passengers who are travelling, but staffs are too rude to passengers and they will call the passengers before the given boarding time and blame them in a rude way that they are delaying the bus departure timing.
