Gautam sir is very gentle and nice will explain every bit of fitness industry. And the course.
Just enjoyed studying here
And u also have a exposure for the placements in various gym who are willing to take a personal or general trainers across Bangalore.
And now cleared the ACE exam ...big thanks to Gautham sir for everything

I myself have attended, Basic Personal Training, ACSM training & Nutrition Training under Mr. Gowtham Sangappa. His contribution to produce future generations of "Professional & Ethical Fitness Trainers" is invaluable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good institute to have any fitness certification done. I'm currently pursuing my ACSM certification here and Gautam Sir has a vast knowledge in the field and is very clear when teaching any topic. Really love his classes, he makes it very interesting. Will always come back to him for any other certifications in the future.
Update : i recently got certified as a nutritionist (ACE approved) here. Looking forward to many more certifications.

Now I have finished my Nutrition course also under him.
I'm blessed to have teacher like him.
