★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst travels ever. My parents, mother in law and my aunt and uncle had chosen them for Uttarakhand Char Dham yatra. First of all, he booked tickets under the wrong name and three tickets out if 5 had to be cancelled and rebooked, for which he just bore cancellation charges but the extra amount was not given. They didn't give airport pickup from Delhi airport, though it was mentioned in the itinerary. In each and every place, the rooms were horrible. Kedarnath helicopter was not booked and few of them had to miss it. Absolutely unplanned. Food was satisfactory but the experience they had was horrible !
